The key to making 3D Visuaization look real is, to pretend you are a semi bad photographer, struggling with things he doesn't want in the picture, but has no time to wait around until they go away. Crop it like there are some cars or tourists ruining the photo but sprinkle some fake people and plants around, so it looks like he just gave up on a clean picture. And try some outdated insta filters! If it still looks fake, try adding some downloaded models of cliche landmarks...
